5 Minutes With My Advertisers - November 2017.
Can you quite believe it's been a whole year since I started advertising on my blog? I started advertising slots back in November 2016 because 1. I wanted to monetise my blog and 2. I wanted to do it through advertising people I loved and not through ads I couldn't choose myself. I have managed to fill every slot since starting and have taken bookings ahead for months and had a lot of repeat customers - which couldn't be better for me. To know people enjoy advertising with me and especially a lot of them find it really helpful and good for their own blog growth is the best and I am excited to continue for another year!
But enough about me - onto my advertisers for this month. This time around I have a few new advertisers and a whole host of repeat ones, many of whom you'll be seeing further this year and into 2018! It's also a month of themes with two Sarah's and two Victoria's!
Onto the gals.....
5.
Well well well who's this familiar face round these parts? You might have heard me mention Sarah on my blog once or twice....heck you might have even seen her face in a selfie or two on Insta. Sarah from Its Sarah Ann is one of my blogging besties both online and in real life. She's head honcho of the bloggers whatsapp group and she's the reason the squad was formed when she roped us in to organise Bloggers Picnic in the Park back in 2016. I've been to her mum's house, I've been to her flat, we've had 2 road trips together, we've survived burger king related dramas and she's one of my favourite bloggers to boot.
4.
Sarah's had a pretty busy year with a few house moves, leaving London for Bristol, job changes, new cars and a million and one weekends away (in Wales but I'm not bitter about it) so you might forgive her blog for being a lil quiet. Luckily she did a big ol life update earlier this year so if you're as nosey as I am about bloggers real lives, you can catch up with here over here.
3.
Sarah's latest post has all the autumnal vibes and is still worth a read even when Halloween is over. Every year she embarks on a big house weekend away with family friends and this year they had a spooky themed few days in Abergavenny and it looked divine. You can read all about it and what they did here but keep an eye out for blog squad's fav Talking Tables who provided a lot of the decorations for the perfect Halloween evening.
2.
I wanted to share Sarah's bullet journal tab as one of my things to watch out for on her blog (I've seen it in real life, it's fit) but seen as tis the season, I thought I best share her Christmas tab instead. Sarah is as much a festive fan as I am and her Christmas blog posts are to die for. She made a free printable for Christmas tags last year that would be great to use again but my top tip would be to head straight for her gingerbread white chocolate rocky road recipe if I were you.
1.
It wouldn't be a full advertisers round up if I didn't gush about how much I love someone's Instagram would it? Luckily I genuinely do love Sarah's and not least because I have been known to feature it in the past. I know for a fact Sarah takes a lot of time and pride over her Insta and curating it to make the most beautiful feed and it's long standing been one of my favourites. Long gone are the hazy days of summer and her latest holiday and back in are the cosy orange vibes of autumn and you need to be following her, stat.

Another blog I've been reading since the day dot (but alas a blogger I haven't met yet). Tori from Sweet Peas and Lavender is maybe known to you as Pinafores and Posies but it's the same cool gal, she just had a rebrand earlier in the year and might I just say it's looking banging. Her new blog layout looks beaut and shall we just stop and stare at her logo for a while? Ok great.
4.
Tori is one of the most supportive bloggers on Twitter if she likes ya blog (which luckily for me she apparently does). She's always on there for a chat or a moan if ya need it and you'd be hard pushed to find someone as top at sending GIFs. Follow her here!
3.
Tori recently wrote this post on why she hasn't been posting on her blog so much and from a quick read I think you can understand why. I certainly couldn't have managed a blog when I was in the third year of my degree and I was pretty lucky to only get into it in the last few weeks of third year. I'm sure I'm not alone in hoping she manages to get a break from uni soon and we see a new blog post or two (but I'm also sure I'm not alone in still sticking around even if she doesn't).
2.
I'm all about the Christmas posts at the moment it would seem (can you tell I love this time of year?) If you are new to Tori's blog and you're delving through the archives then you won't find it difficult to find something that will tickle your taste buds. If you don't know where to start then I'll send you over to her mental health tab and more specifically her response to anxiety at Christmas. It's very eye opening and a great read.
1.
Tori is currently studying for her degree like I mentioned above, but what you might not know is that she's a ceramicist and a bloody good one at that. She's studying in Hereford College of Arts and you can catch up with her degree and her work over on her dedicated Instagram @victoriajaneceramics. I'm obsessed with her colours and especially her rainbow shades of cups.

This logo should be no stranger to you if you've been reading this blog a while. Hailey from Hailey Jade Ryan has advertised with me seemingly a million times which you can read back on here; November, December, January, February, March and last in September.
4.
My favourite post of late that Hailey has written is this one on a year of being an au pair in the United States. When I was younger I was obsessed with the idea of nannies, babysitters and au pairs so this was a great read for me. It's such a world away from most people's lives and I can't imagine being such an integrated part of someone's life. I also can't imagine leaving the baby after a year without a million and one tears but it's a great read and I thoroughly recommend!
3.
Her actual latest post is her usual round up of the month; Goodbye October. I've said before that these round ups are one of my favourites. With a million and one out there written on the last day of every month, anything that's less run of the mill does it for me and I've always enjoyed Hailey's. If you haven't read them before she not only chats about what she's been up to but she also shares her Instagram snaps, her favourite things and links to some reall great articles and reads.
2.
Like a lot of people (myself included) at this time of the year, Hailey's Instagram has taken a very autumnal turn and there's orange leaves and trees galore and plenty of nature to take your fancy. Follow her here if you're into landscape shots, the USA or Germany and if you want major hair envy.
1.
Being the little gem that she is, Hailey has also signed up to advertise again with me next month so you'll be seeing her lil face again in December. Maybe she might even have some Christmas content too (hi, I'm obsessed with Christmas and can't go a paragraph without mentioning it.)

Another regular back again! It feels like a long time since Ellen advertised with me last but in reality it was just a month. If you're new to my blog and to her maybe you won't have seen but Ellen's been a firm fixture on my sidebar for a long time now. She advertised another blog with me in April, May and June and then in July, August and September she advertised not one but THREE blogs with me for the whole three months. Now she's back advertising just this one and her logo seems very at home with me.
4.
Ellen has a series on her blog called 'why she inspires me' which is a really great series about female bloggers and what makes them tick outside their slice of internet. It's a personal insight into the people behind the blogs and I was lucky enough to be asked to take part last month. It was really fun to take part in and Ellen wrote a really lovely intro to me which was a joy to read. Catch up with my part of the series here!
3.
My current favourite tab on E L Feel Good's Vintage is that on blogging tips. It doesn't matter how new or old to blogging you are, I think we're all looking for ways to revamp ourselves and make our content and our sites really pop and I am no different. You can get your blogging tips here!
2.
And talking of blogging tips; the post I've most enjoyed of late is this one on how to generate traffic with StumbleUpon. I have read posts on StumbleUpon and it's benefits before and I have an account with them, without actually putting any real effort into it. Having read Ellen's latest post on it though I have a renewed vigour to give it a go -I hear lots of bloggers swear by it!
1.
Not one to do things by halves, Ellen didn't just sign up for a single advertising slot this time around (I don't think she ever has!) so you'll be seeing her again in December and in January with Feel Goods Vintage!

All about that repeat advertiser for the bottom half of this round up it would appear! Sarah from Just Buttons was one of my Silver advertisers last month and before that way back when in the depths of November last year. I mentioned last month that Sarah has had a redesign this year and if you haven't been on her blog for ages now is 100% your time.
4.
I feel like Sarah is absolutely killing it in the blog game lately. I've loved her content for ages but I feel like lately she's just smashing it out the park. From brand collabs and sponsored content to posts about her little boy to life to mental health - she's got it all covered and I for one feel privileged to be watching her. You go gal <3
3.
My favourite post of Sarah's lately is this one on finding out she was pregnant. Her baby Oliver is now one and a bit but it was the 2 year anniversary of the day she saw that symbol at the beginning of the month so she's written us a lil insight into it. I have said before I'm a nosey fucker and I looooove a good pregnancy/birth announcement blog post so to read this, with the hindsight of their lovely little boy was gorgeous.
2.
I spoke about Sarah's Instagram in my last round up but I thought it'd be rude not to mention it again when it seems I can't go a single post without double tapping that heart symbol. Sarah's been taking part in my autumn photo challenge which has been great but if you want cute photos of a baby in a mustard jumper in autumn leaves, she's got you covered.
1.
Don't think you've seen the back end of Sarah just yet, ohhhh no she's here with me for a few months yet! She's very sweetly signed up with me for multiple months so you'll be seeing her again in December and in January!

Holy moly it's been a while since Victoria from Lylia Rose advertised with me last. It was way back in March this year which seems a lifetime ago and you can read what I wrote and what I shared from her blog over here.
4.
I think when I first was introduced to Lylia Rose it was more an online shop/boutique with a blog attached and I think now it's very much a blog first and foremost. Victoria's intro itself says 'home to my unexpected UK lifestyle blog' and I think that's exactly her whole vibe - a successful blog grown from home whilst also managing life with her family.
3.
I am allllll about blog series that are about celebrating women, celebrating bloggers and celebrating small businesses so it'll come as no surprise that I'm into Victoria's series Money Making Mum's. There's a mix of guest blog posts and interviews with Mummy bloggers about how they're making money, either as a side hustle or as their own big business whilst juggling the demands of family life as well. It's WELL worth a read if you want to feel all girl boss.
2.
Lylia Rose is also absolutely chocka block full of ways to save cash and make cash and that also compromises lots of discount codes and deals for you to use. If you're looking online for something check out Victoria's tab first cos chances are she can save you a bit of dollah first!
1.
Another repeat advertiser, Victoria has signed up to advertise with me for one more month so you'll be seeing her face and her blog again in December! Look forward to it!
