How To: A Glasses Makeup Look.

Glasses were a big trend throughout 2016 and I have a feeling they will be sticking around in 2017 as well. Sadly I actually need glasses but whether you need glasses or just using them as a fashion statement here's my everyday glasses look.

I like to keep my daily make up simple as I start work easy and I love sleep. After I have moisturised my face and neck using the Simple Light Moisturiser, and put on my Nivea lip balm I apply the Rimmel BB cream, I blend this in using a flat foundation brush. I find because I don't use a large amount of BB cream it doesn't look streaky, but I can't use this brush for high coverage liquid foundation.

Next I apply Revlon Colour Stay concealer under my eyes, but I don't put this straight under my eyes and blending it in. I apply the concealer to my beauty blender then lightly tap this around my eye. I have noticed this way my under eyes look a lot lighter.

Then I set my face using the Avon Ideal Flawless press powder. I apply this all over my face before adding Ted Baker blusher to the apples of my cheeks.

For my eyes, I used the Avon 8 in 1 palette in Nude Shimmer and I have only used the darkest brown shade. First I put some under my eye to make my eyes look wider. Then I create a wing by lightly dragging my eyeshadow brush upwards at the outer corner of my eye. After I have the shape I like I apply this colour to the outer third of my eye lid. and blend towards the middle so my whole eyelid is brown but its darker at the edge. When I'm happy I was curl and apply mascara to my lashes. Before adding Avon's brow kit, I just fill in my brow and that's it.

Lastly I use the Bourjois Rouge Edition in Grand Cru all over my lips. I love this bright red colour, as it makes you look like you have made an effort even though it doesn't take long to do.
